Someone mentioned that my last chocolate fudge recipe was too “chocolatey”, so below is a recipe for a much less chocolatey version 🙂 The result is a guilt-free smooth crumbly high protein fudge.

Ingredients

100 g 30% milk chocolate
26 g Almonds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
75 g Whey protein
52 g Peanut butter

Instructions

Crush the almonds into a bowl. Then add the cinnamon and whey protein. Gently melt the chocolate and peanut butter together in a microwave, then add them to the dry ingredients and mix them together until smooth. If the mixture is too sticky, add extra whey protein. Once ready, flatten the resulting dough onto a flat container and place it in the freezer. After 60 mins, chop the resulting cookie like material into small pieces of fudge. Enjoy 🙂 It tends to be quite soft once it warms up,so I usually prefer to eat it cold, straight from the freezer.
