Simple CMS theme update

An early, but very popular WordPress theme of mine has undergone a very much overdue upgrade. Simple CMS theme was released in 2009 and was intended for use in building very simple static websites. It features, well, not a fat lot actually. Pages featuring only static web pages are usually extremely simple and hence this base theme is also extremely simple.
